We ship within Canada, the USA & Internationally. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50 (regularly priced items) within Canada.

All orders placed monday-friday within business hours are shipped within 48 hours of order acceptance.

Orders placed on saturday-sunday will ship out on mondays.

Please note that items are not guaranteed in stock due to orders being filled from multiple locations. Upon placing your order, you will receive an email notifying you that your order has been received. Within 24hours, you will receive an email stating that your order has been accepted, or if we are unable to complete your order.
- Orders shipped within Canada are subject to sales tax dependent on province; Orders shipped outside of Canada are not subject to any sales tax.

Our return policy includes exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase in the store on regular priced items. Sale items are a final sale. Accessories & beauty products are also a final sale. Ishara does not offer refunds.

If you have ordered online and would like to exchange, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving the package via email. Ishara does not assume any shipping costs or duties on exchanges, and any additional shipping charges incurred when shipping out an exchange will be charged to your credit card according to your preferred shipping method. We do not offer exchanges on sale items or accessories as they are a final sale. Alternatively, you may also bring the item in store for an exchange within 7 days of original purchase date.

Packages sent COD may be denied or the charges will be applied to your exchange order.

The item being returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached. We must be able to sell the item so please be careful when trying on regarding makeup and deodorant rubbing off on the garment or perfume. Please also use care when handling delicate fabric and zippers.
